Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Ulaine online store (https://ulaine.com) and any purchases you make there. By placing an order, you accept them. Each order is governed by the version in effect when you place it.

Our store runs on Shopify, but you buy directly from us. Shopify is not a party to your purchase.

Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), give us accurate information, and keep your account secure if you create one. We sell for personal use, not for resale. We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colors may look different depending on your screen. Prices are shown in your local currency (Canadian or U.S. dollars). Shipping costs, taxes and any other charges we collect are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipped from outside your country may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your government or the carrier; unless they are shown at checkout, they are not included in our price. If a price is clearly wrong, we will let you know and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

How to place an order
Add products to your cart, enter your shipping details and payment method, and confirm your purchase. You can review and correct everything before you pay. We will then email you an order confirmation, which serves as your receipt. We keep an electronic copy, which you can ask us for. If a product sells out or we detect possible fraud, we may cancel your order before it ships and refund everything you paid.

Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You are charged when you confirm your order, through a secure payment processor. We do not store your card details.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are responsible for the product until it is delivered to you or the person you choose.

Returns and warranty
You can return your order under our Refund Policy, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. We are the seller, and we are responsible to you even when our supplier ships the product to you directly. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty that applies to your purchase under the law.

Intellectual property
The text, images, logos and design of our store belong to Axel Sanchez or his licensors. You may not use them for commercial purposes without permission. Shopify’s trademarks belong to Shopify.

Using our store
You may not use our store for illegal or fraudulent purposes, introduce viruses or harmful code, scrape data in bulk, or access the store with bots or automated agents that do not identify themselves as such. Reviews you post must be truthful and respectful; we may remove reviews that are unlawful or offensive. If you break these terms, we may block your access.

Liability
We are responsible for meeting our obligations as required by law. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of our store or products, delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, or the content of third-party websites or tools linked from our store, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or state.

Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes apply only to orders placed after they are published.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections the consumer laws of your province or state give you, including the right to bring a claim where you live when those laws allow it.
